As founder and President of ReDev Properties, Ltd, Richard Crenian has been responsible for executing a long-term approach that has been fundamental to the growth of this Canadian company.

This approach has been responsible for the development and management of more than 25 commercial real estate investments located throughout Western Canada.

Responsible for the sale of office equipment with Pitney & Bowes at the age of 19, Richard became one of the youngest sales managers in Canada.

As a result of numerous personal achievements such as being among the top three sales representatives and receiving honours for branch of the year, Richard quickly became one of the company’s highest paid sales representatives in Canada.

Richard began developing real estate projects at the age of 21 he established a real estate development company in Saskatchewan. Specializing in the construction of multi-family residential rental buildings, through the construction of various Canadian assets, Richard has been responsible for the development of more than 11,000 apartments, condominiums and various retail plazas, exceeding sales of $1 billion.

On his down time, he enjoys lending his hand out to others. While managing his company in Saskatchewan, he served as a Governor for Junior Achievement, Saskatchewan and was on the advisory board at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Commerce.

Richard holds community service as a top priority and supports such causes: the Daily Food Bank, Covenant House, Sunny Brook Hospital Toronto, the Baycrest Alzheimer’s Foundation and theNext36.ca.

He is a founding member and mentor of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization in Saskatchewan. Is a member of the World President Organization, having graduated from the Young President Organization in 2009. He has served as a Governor for Junior Achievement, has sat on the advisory board of the University of Saskatchewan, College of Commerce
